The world turns fast and if you are someone who pushes boundaries, puts your head above the parapet and stretching the comfort zone has become the norm; something constant and safe can be very comforting.
Next week sees this year’s Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE) Professional Development Conference (PDC). While this isn’t the only conference taking place next week it’s the one we are attending, and we will be heading to Niagara Falls.
The CSSE PDC has been part of our calendar since 2008. An amazing opportunity to learn and after so many years, a chance to catch up with great friends from around the world too. Take a look at last year’s PDC highlights.
“I love this conference”, says Hundred Acre’s Founder and Director Bridget Gilmour. “It holds a very special place in my heart as it was after my first visit to Quebec City, that my Hundred Acre adventure began full time. Returning to Canada and Niagara Falls feels like going home.”
While Bridget is at conference she will also be representing IOSH in her Vice President role to present their No Time To Lose campaign alongside Immediate Past President Graham Parker. This is his last presentation as part of the Presidential Team, and as he has been a huge support for Bridget over the last few years she is very proud to be sharing this with him.
